A Chinese Embroidered Silk Seat Cover 18TH/19TH CENTURY of quatrefoil form, worked in multi-colored threads depicting a central dragon roundel enclosed by four writhing dragons pursuing flaming pearls amidst winged bats, shou panels and clusters of clouds, above linshui strips, all reserved on a celeste blue ground, the border embroidered with floral scrolls on a black ground; together with two small rectangular embroidered silk panels with floral decoration.
