A Pair of Cloisonne Enamel and Gilt Bronze Models of Elephants 18TH/19TH CENTURY each cast to depict a caprisoned elephant standing with its head slightly turned to the side, wearing beaded trappings and harness with some hardstone insets, the back covered by a long cloth decorated with lotus scrolls and various flowerheads, surmounted by a vase with dragon decoration and two dragon-form handles supported on a lotus plinth.
