A Pair of Meissen Porcelain Pate-sur-Pate Covered Potpourri Vases 19TH CENTURY the reticulated cover having a ribbon tied wreath finial above the handled body decorated in white slip to depict a classically draped maiden, one of them holding a thurible, the other holding a love bird, raised on a circular foot ending in a square plinth, with crossed swords mark in underglaze blue and various impressed marks to the underside. Height 12 inches.
