An Egyptian Bronze Harpokrates LATE PERIOD TO PTOLEMAIC PERIOD, 664-30 B.C.E. the child Horus depicted nude, standing with his left leg advanced, holding his right forefinger to his mouth, wearing the Double Crown of Upper and Lower Egypt, his characteristic side-lock originally worn above his right ear, the eyes with gold overlay. Height of bronze 7 1/4 inches.
