A Jade Inset Hardwood Ruyi Scepter 18TH/19TH CENTURY inset with three near-white jade plaques, the largest one carved in relief featuring a flying bat above two large peaches on a leafy branch, the second showing a Buddha's hand citron and the third one a pomegranate, the lower end of the handle pierced to hold a yellow silk core, having a red cloth covered stand. Length 21 inches.
