An Iron Red Decorated Porcelain Covered Jar the ovoid body raised on a short straight foot surmounted by a tall cylindrical neck, painted overall with lotus scrolls interspersed with shou characters, the cover with similar decoration topped with a floriform finial, the underside bearing a Jiaqing six-character iron red mark and likely of the period.
