A Carved Amber Snuff Bottle QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795) of rectangular baluster form flanked by a pair of lion's mask ring handles, one side depicting a scholar bearing a prunus branch riding on the back of a donkey followed by an attendant carrying a kettle, all under trees in an outdoor scene, having a cinnabar lacquer and gilt stopper. Height 2 3/4 inches.
