A Chinese Embroidered Silk Dragon Robe the front and back worked to show a forward facing fierce dragon grasping the flaming pearl of wisdom above a pair of dragons in profile chasing the flaming pearls, amongst ribbon-tied Buddhist emblems, flying bats and clusters of auspicious clouds, the shoulders with one sinuous dragon on each side, all against a russet ground above mountain peaks, lingzhi sprigs and peony stems emerging from foaming waves and multi-color lishui strips.
