Lot Description
An Edwardian Platinum Topped Gold, Diamond and Pearl Brooch,
consisting of a central openwork brooch with scrollwork accents containing a central simulated emerald, three old European cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.91 carat total, 42 old European and rose cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.49 carats total, and five pearls (origin not tested), the brooch suspended from a single strand of cultured pearls measuring approximately 8.00-8.10 mm in diameter strung knotted with a platinum openwork clasp containing three old European cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.37 carat total.
