A Pair of Platinum, Jadeite Jade and Diamond Convertible Earclips, Gump's, Circa 1950, in a stylized ribbon and foliate motif with detachable drops, composed of top sections containing two oval cabochon cut translucent mottled green jade measuring approximately 15.86 x 10.14 x 6.32 mm and 15.55 x 10.02 x 6.32 mm respectively, the drops containing two pear shape cabochon cut translucent mottled green jade measuring approximately 11.55 x 8.58 x 5.25 mm and 11.29 x 8.57 x 5.32 mm, the earclips containing numerous round single cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.76 carat total and 18 baguette cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.41 carat total.Stamp: GUMP'S PT PLAT.Accompanied by a Gemological Institute of America jade identification certificate number 2171668566, dated July 6, 2016, stating Species: Jadeite Jade, Color: Green, Transparency: Translucent, Treatment: Natural Color, no indications of impregnation. 13.30 dwts.
