MOUGIN, PARIS, LATE 19TH CENTURY the clock with a handled urn finial suspending fruit and floral garlands over a tied ribbon crest, the movement striking on a coil and having an enameled dial with Arabic numeral hours set into a rectangular case with beveled glass sides, each seven-light candelabrum raised on a three-part base with bellflower garlands, all raised on marble plinths ending in toupie feet.
