Mark likely of M.F. Sokolov, kokoshnik mark of Ivan Lebedkin, Moscow, late 19th century
each having a twist handle, the underside of the bowl decorated with a niello scene of the Moscow Kremlin surrounded by a gilt braided border and foliate scroll cartouche.
