the coin, dated 1857, measuring approximately 35.00 mm in diameter and 3.50 mm thick, concealing a hinged inner case measuring approximately 23.80 mm in diameter, matte gold dial signed PATEK PHILIPPE, baton numerals, blued steel baton hands, eccentric crown at 1 o'clock in the outer band, snap on case back, manual wind 18 jewel movement with fausses ctes decoration and signed PATEK PHILIPPE, coin pendant suspended from a spring ring clasp.
