A Large Korean Leather and Porcelain-Inset Chest 18TH/19TH CENTURY the chest of rectangular form, having a stepped top plinth with a reticulated hardstone plaque set in a rectangular brass plaque incised with butterfly decoration and chased with shou characters, flanked by two writhing dragons, the body having six openings each inset with a blue and white porcelain epitaph tablet. Height 14 1/4 x width 29 1/4 x depth 11 1/4 inches.
