An Unusual Chinese Lacquer Box and Cover 17TH/18TH CENTURY of circular form, having a lift-off cover incised to show Daoist immortals in a rocky garden, the sides decorated with lotus scrolls and scholars within landscapes, the bottom and interior with gilt floral design on black lacquer, bearing and old Chinese label to the base and two old paper labels to interior of cover.
