Klein in full tan morocco with brass onlay to borders of boards, brass to upper board inlaid with blue, pink, green, white, black, and gold enamel, with six inlaid black stones to corners and edges, decorative blue and black enamel initials "SJ" to center of upper board, blue silk endpapers, brass clasp inlaid with enamel, a.e.g. Illuminated title and dedication pages. With 106 inserted black and white albumen portrait photographs of members of the Liev Higher Regional Court, primarily by Photographisches Atelier Der Gebriider Konig in Czernowitz (printed on rear of photographs). Light soiling and rubbing to calf; inner hinge cracked; few scattered brown spots; some portraits faded.
