Autographed letter signed ("Victoria"), one page double-sided, Clarence House, April 29, 1894, to the Duke of Kent, with gilt-stamped royal seal to upper right corner. Framed in double-sided glass frame on swivel. Glue adhesive residue to right edge; light overall soiling; marginal toning.
