An Embroidered Silk Robe POSSIBLY 19TH CENTURY having a gold and silver thread embroidered five-clawed dragon at the center above two sideways facing sinuous dragons amidst clouds and roundels enclosing endless knots, each shoulder having a forward facing dragon, all set atop an apricot silk ground and above gilt stripes, the collar having polychrome embroidery birds, flowering branches, rockery and pavilion with gilt wash bronze buttons.
