Lot Description

A Gilt Bronze Hexagonal Stand cast in the form of a stepped pedestal, the top plinth impressed with a six-character Qianlong mark within a square, against a diaper ground and surrounded by a banister-form border decorated with openworked panels enclosing interlocking lozenges, the recessed waist chased with lotus sprays between key-fret borders and bands of lappet leaves, the shaped apron having further lotus decoration, all raised on four paw feet applied with lion masks. Height 6 7/8 x width 8 1/2 inches.
