A Fine 18 Karat Yellow Gold, Ruby and Diamond Ring, Tiffany & Co., Circa 1936,
containing one antique pear shape ruby measuring approximately 10.60 x 8.00 x 5.98 mm, one antique pear shape diamond measuring approximately 10.33 x 7.70 x 4.73 mm, and six old European cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.20 carat total.Stamp: TIFFANY & Co. 750.Accompanied by an American Gemological Laboratories ruby identification and origin certificate number CS 63864, dated October 20, 2014, stating Mineral Type: Natural Corundum, Variety: Ruby, Origin: Burma (Myanmar), Enhancement: No gemological evidence of heat, Clarity Enhancement: None.NOTEOther than routine maintenance conducted by Tiffany & Co. in 2009 including re-stamping of the faded signature stamp, the ring and stones have been left in their original condition. The successful bidder may wish to have the stones professionally repolished to remove the normal signs of age and wear.
