the openwork design accented with white enamel and containing an oval mixed cut yellow sapphire weighing approximately 8.10 carats, four cushion cut demantoid garnets weighing approximately 3.00 carats total, four round mixed cut red almandite garnets weighing approximately 3.00 carats total, and 18 old mine cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.08 carats total, the brooch measuring approximately 41.00 x 28.00 mm.Stamp: TIFFANY & Co.Accompanied by a pale pink case signed Tiffany & Co.
