A Pair of Aubusson Carpets, late 19th century, each having an ivory field centered with elongated diamond medallions flanked by griffins, urns and concave shells, the border having acanthus leaves, swags and mermaids, the corners with diaphanous women in roundels. 14 feet 5 inches x 10 feet 11 inches each.
