An American Plastic Handled Cane, 1930's, having a dog's head form handle with glass eyes, the handle having two swivels mounted on either side of the neck for a leather cord that is now missing, with a sterling silver collar on the hardwood shaft, ending in a brass ferrule. Length of handle 2 1/4 x length overall 33 1/2 inches.
