3 volumes, 8vo (210 x 133 mm). Engraved frontispiece in vol. I, 21 engraved folding plates and maps. (Some offsetting and spotting). Modern morocco gilt.

Third edition, with the same engraved plates, maps, and "An Historical Survey" in vol. III as the second edition, in addition to considerable corrections and an additional 5 plates not found in the second edition. Edwards, a wealthy West Indies merchant, supported free trade with America; his work includes extensive information about the slave trade as well as a description of agriculture, sugar, cotton, and coffee.
