Lot Description

An Assembled Group of Eight Children's Sterling Silver Wares, Gorham Mfg. Co., Providence, RI, and Tiffany & Co., New York, NY, Late 19th / Early 20th Century

Comprising a plate and bowl with cast relief Noah's Ark pattern, the bowl with gilt-washed interior, both pieces engraved, "Anne," marked; a porringer with repousse teddy bear to interior well, marked; a plate with border cast and chased with pattern depicting procession of children, engraved with monogram, "BL," marked, including "M" mark for Edward C. Moore (1873-1891); a fork and spoon in conforming children's procession pattern, both engraved to underside of handle, "M.C. from W.W.A., marked, including "M" mark for Edward C. Moore (1873-1891); and a miniature fork and spoon with "Kitty" form handles, marked "Sterling."
