An Italian carved and parcel-gilt alabaster figure of the Madonna of Trapani, Sicily, 18th century, displayed in carved walnut and glass reliquary box, likely 19th century
The figure of Madonna and Christ child with silver crowns, the case topped with pediment carved with armorial cartouche bearing stylized cipher, "M," flanked by two putti, the interior backed with velvet and mounted with elaborate beadwork garland.
