A Rare Engraved Steel Sugar Nipper, German, Probably Nuremberg, 17th / Early 18th Century
Engraved with lady and gentleman, foliate devices, and German inscription, which translates: "For love is of, A truer kind, When they are, With virtue 'twined" and "There is no flower, That lovelier blooms, Then when two hearts, have but one soul."
