Containing rectangular step cut sapphires measuring approximately 2.90 x 2.85 - 5.40 x 4.75 mm, and old mine and antique cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.50 - 3.50 carats total. Mounted in platinum. 6 7/8 inches long.
