A Pair of George IV Silver Domed Lids on Silver-Plated Tureens
John Bridge, London, 1825
the lids with oak branch-form handle, gadrooned moldings, and engraved with armorial crest, with bannerette inscribed, "Manus Justa Mardus," hallmarked for Sterling; the tureens apparently silver-plated and associated to domes, dating later, each with two handles and paw-form feet, marked with hand motif to underside, accompanied by silver-plated liner plates.
