Jackson was 22 years old, 5 feet and "8 or 9" inches tall, weighted 135-140 pounds, and was arrested on 11 August 1900 for burglary in Carlyle, IL. His trade is listed as "Barber," and the card is signed by "John T. O'Neill, Sheriff."
