A scarce Cromwellian-era indenture dated 1653, an early Elizabethan-era indenture dated 29 September 1602, and a group of 3 eighteenth-century English indentures.
[With:] OGLETHORPE, John Newman (ca 1716- ca 1795). Craven County, South Carolina, indenture signed ("Jn. N. Oglethorpe"), 3 November 1764. -- Partly printed indenture signed by New London, Connecticut, sea captain Daniel Chapman. 24 January 1784.
