String knotted cultured pearls each measuring approximately 8.25-9.20 mm, round brilliant cut, transitional cut, and straight baguette cut diamonds weighing approximately 3.00 carats total, and baguette cut and round cut emeralds. 18 karat white gold. 7 1/4 inches long, 1 1/8 inches wide.
