Left frame is struck with the FL/{Crossed swords} mark of Francken & Lunenschloss, an arms maker that operated in Belgium at the turn of the 19th to the 20th centuries. Item exhibits Belgian proofs to major parts. Cylinder pin tip appears to have sheared off, and cannot be withdrawn. Firing pin tip has sheared off.
