Topstrap shows a dovetail cut filled in with new steel where a target sight was once mounted. Left frame struck with three patents in two-line mark followed by circled {Rampant Colt} logo. Barrel displays a two-line colt address to top and 45 COLT caliber mark to the left side. Left triggerguard is struck 44 C.F. Serial numbers are mixed.
