Lever action tubular magazine fed repeating rifle with dovetailed ladder rear sight with illegible graduations, front sight blade integral with upper barrel band, saddle ring on reverse of frame, trap door in butt with reproduction cleaning rods. Barrel address obliterated by the refinishing process. Top of brass frame stamped "3".
