Antique Stevens 18" No.34 Hunter's Pet Pocket Rifle with Stock in .22RF
.22 RF. 18" barrel. SN: 1607. Blued metal finish mounting varnished walnut grips with octagonal barrel length and mounting adjustable rear ladder and tunnel front sights. Single-shot break action rifle with extractor, and mounting spring-loaded firing pin. Upper left barrel flat struck J. STEVENS & CO. CHICOPEE FALLS. MASS. PAT. SEPT. 6. 1864. Item comes with a detachable wire stock and securing screw. The frame, barrel, and stock show matching serial numbers.
