1918 Dated US Model 1913 Patton Saber by LF&C
World War I
35" blade length. 44" overall with scabbard and hilt. Straight double edged fullered blade with spearpoint tip, checkered black synthetic grip scales, and checkered steel backstrap. Right ricasso is struck U.S., while the manufacturer mark on the left reads L.F. {Ordnance Bomb} & C./1918, indicating it was manufactured by Landers, Flary & Clark in 1918. Sword features a blued cup hilt with triple reinforcing corrugations over the knuckle bow. Comes with khaki canvas wrapped scabbard with blued throat and drag.
