CO./BIG TIMBER, MONTANA with the breech of the barrel displaying caliber marking .40-65. Marked below handguard with the initials JM BB 04, and a matching serial number. Consignor relates that he received this rifle from gunsmith Douglas Filbrandt, who previously used it in competition shooting.
