Barrel marked on two of the ribs PATENTED 1837 CAST STEEL and ALLEN & THURBER WORCESTER. Left side of bar hammer marked ALLEN'S PATENT. Matching serial number 150 in triggerguard, on upper rear of barrel breech, on left of frame under the grip and in both grips.
