Bolt-action internal magazine fed repeating rifle featuring protective escutcheons to the sling cuts on the stock. Barrel shank displays the Cyrillic markings for the Imperial Russian Tula arsenal and displays a production date of 1909, along with the {Imperial Russian Eagle} mark to the barrel shank and receiver. Item features a Finnish renumbered barrel with the left side featuring the boxed SA mark indicating it went through Finnish rebuild. Item additionally shows a P and S inspection stamp. Retains the original Russian rear sight with the Arshin markings crossed out on the left side and new metric equivalents applied to the right, typical of Finnish M91 rifles. Serial numbers do not match. Importer mark to barrel reads M91 7.62R RUSSIA/CAI ST. ALB. VT.
