Comprising a pair of bear badges, Tongzhi period (1862-1974), a pair of lion badges, late Qing/Republic period. Each is woven with a beast looking at the sun as it stands on a rock emerging from rolling waves, amongst clouds and the Eight Buddhist Emblems, all above the lishui stripe.
Largest 12 x 12 in., 30.5 x 30.5 cm.
