*H&R Model 1871-1971 Centennial Commemorative Officer's Rifle
.45-70 GOVT. 26" barrel length. SN: 7239. Blued metal finish to barrel and case hardened finish to receiver and buttplate. Walnut stock has checkering to straight grip and forearm, with silver or alloy forend. Breechloading rifle with tang mounted peep sight, blade front sight, and cleaning rod. Markings include scroll engravings to breech cover and U.S. trapdoor rifle style markings.
