Lot Description
Lot of Reproduction American Edged Weapons Including: Patton Saber, 1917 Bolo, 1905 Bayonet
1.) 35" blade length. 43.5" overall with scabbard and hilt. Straight double edged and single fullered blade mounting a black painted cup hilt and checkered black synthetic grip. Ricasso shows the maker marking WINDLASS/MADE IN INDIA. Comes with OD green painted scabbard with black painted fittings.
2.) 10.25" blade length. 16.25" overall with scabbard and hilt. Artificially aged metal finish overall with roughly finished walnut grip panels set in a canvas lined wood scabbard with stitched leather toe and brass throat. Ricasso is marked PLUMB/STLOUIS/1918 on the left side below the maker marking WINDLASS/MADE IN INDIA. Right ricasso displays model marking USMOD/1917C.T.
3.) 16.25" blade length. 22.75" overall with scabbard and hilt. Polished single edged fullered blade mounting a khaki canvas wrapped scabbard with stitched leather toe. Pattern of 1905 bayonet reproduction with the hilt dipped in black paint to simulate blue. Right ricasso struck US with the left marked R.I.A./{Ordnance Bomb}/1906.
