Bottom of the barrel, under the loading lever, is marked CAL. 44 BLACK POWDER ONLY A UBERTI ITALY. Otherwise unmarked except for serial number on the bottom of the frame and barrel and with Italian proof marks on the bottom of the barrel, frame and cylinder. The revolver is contained in a reproduction fitted wood case with a dark green velvet interior lining and includes a reproduction flask, oiler, brass bullet mold and cap tin with caps, as well as a key for the casing.
