10 gauge. 30" Damascus barrels secured by single wedge. SN: 21231. Browned finish, steel mountings, straight grip walnut stock with checkered grip. No external markings, bottom of barrels marked "Drisket & Waroux" who worked in Liege circa 1856-1872 (Stockel) and with Belgian proofs. Forward action percussion locks, hammers and tang all lightly engraved with simple floral motifs. Steel buttplate and triggerguard, German silver wedge escutcheons with old replaced wedge, iron ramrod pipes and brass tipped wooden ramrod. Mr. Ness' tag notes that the gun was choked by V.M.
