(sight), "Richmond." March 28, 1863. Document records the sale of "one Negro Slave named Anna" for $1,960. Signed by John Newman, attesting to Anna's health and acknowledging receipt of funds from A.J. Reine (?).

Though these items are displayed together, we cannot confirm that the slave referenced in the bill of sale is the woman shown in the tintype.
