Printed by Francis & Robert Bailey. 11 x 20 in. (279 x 508 mm). Manuscript docket on verso, and additionally certified by engrosser of the Declaration of Independence, Timothy Matlack, to same. Three paper seals intact, in top left, and verso corners, some tips creased. Creasing from old folds. In mat with an engraved portrait of McKean and in frame, 21 1/8 x 38 7/8 in. (536 x 987 mm).
