An assorted group of ten sterling serving pieces, various American makers, late 19th / 20th century

Comprising a sterling silver asparagus tongs, by Tiffany & Co., New York, NY, 1892-1902, engraved with armorial crest in the form of a hawk, the banner inscribed, “Solus Veram Perstat,” marked, including “T” for Charles L. Tiffany (1892-1902); a small sterling silver ladle with gilt-washed bowl, marked, “Sterling/ Pat. Feb. 23. 1869"; three various serving pieces by Gorham Mfg. Co., Providence, RI, including a ladle, engraved with monogram, “T,” marked “Sterling / Patent 1871,” a server, engraved with monogram, “C,” marked, “Sterling/ Pat 1904,” and a spoon marked, “Sterling/ Pat 1917”; a sterling silver salad fork and spoon, by Whiting Mfg. Co., North Attleboro, MA, marked; a sterling silver cocktail spoon, by Erickson, Gardner, MA, marked; a serving spoon, engraved with monogram, “ES,” marked, “Sterling”; and a berry spoon with gilt-washed bowl, marked “Sterling”; together with a serving spoon, by Rogers & Bro., Waterbury, CT, probably silverplated, marked.
