An extremely limited, deluxe-issue set of monoprints by Gorey. “Elephantomas [sic], a suite of nine moody prints, features an elephant-man posing, drifting, trapezing. Published in 26 sets of collagraphs lettered A-Z. Another ten sets of monoprints numbered I-X were announced by never completed." (Toledano p. 162)

Extremely rare. We have only been able to locate two other examples of the Elefantomas portfolio in the auction record, and they were collagraphs, not monoprints.
