Original white paper-covered boards, printed in brown, azure, and lime-green, spine largely perished, corners bumped and worn, extremities and boards rubbed, scattered soiling to same, boards slightly bowed; all edges trimmed; foxing to title-page; text lightly toned with scattered foxing. An unsophisticated and scarce signed copy of this fragile and limited publication. First published in 1919 in octavo--with a second edition the same year--this quarto edition greatly expanded the illustrations by Bell to encompass every page.
